The KNIPEX 1,000-Volt Long Nose Pliers is made of plastic material with fiberglass reinforcement. Fully insulated to reduce the risk of short circuit for meter assembly and meter blocking. Handles with soft plastic zone for better grip. These solid plastic Pliers do not cat on magnetic fields and are fully spark free. They are also excellent for use in chemically aggressive environments. Meets or exceeds 1,000-Volt insulated specification for ASTM, IEC and VDE.
